  Q1: What file formats does Hipper 100 support?
Product supports MP3 (*.mp3) or WMA (*.wma) digital music formats files.


  Q2: Does Hipper 100 successfully play music when the connected USB device (Pen Drive, MP3 Player…) stores files other than MP3 formats (Word files…)?
Yes. Please remove all incompatible music files from your USB device to speed up the process of reading files.


  Q3: Could an USB device be unplugged and disconnected to Hipper 100, when Hipper 100 is reading files in the USB device?
No. When product detects music files from the USB device, the “ B LED” indicator flashes green light. Please do not remove the USB device during the process to prevent possible damages to files.


  Q4: How should an USB device be safely removed from Hipper 100?
Before removing USB device, please stop playing music or turn off product to prevent possible damage to the files or error messages.


  Q5: How does Hipper 100 function as an external speaker while connected to a MP3 Player?
You need to set MP3 Player as the USB storage device to play music files successfully.


  Q6: Could Hipper 100 fail to read files storing in an USB device?
An USB device outdated or protected by special software might experience difficulties in playing music files successfully.


  Q7: What is the default setting for music play mode and light mode when Hipper 100 has been started?
The system default settings are set to "Repeat All" mode and "Music Mode" every time you turn on product.


  Q8: How to reset Hipper 100 when encountering problems during processing?
When the "B LED" indicator light turns red, an error message occurs, which means the file reading may proceed incorrectly, or other mistakes happen. You can unplug the Power Adaptor to reset product and plug in again to restart it.
