  Q1: What should I do if DP7010-SP malfunctions?
  1. If purchased from regional dealer and if the unit is still under warrenty; you need to return the unit to the dealer along with your valid warrenty card to repair DP7010-SP without any cost.
  2. If purchased directly from MobiNote and under warrenty, you need to mail the unit to MobiNote Customer Service Department along with a valid warrenty card and a note stating problems encountered, contact number, address, and etc. to repair DP7010-SP without any cost.
  3. If warrenty period is expired, you need to send your unit back along with the expired warrenty card and a note stating problems encountered, contact number, address, and etc. MobiNote will define the problem and report back to you with repair charge quotation. Once the money is received, we will fix your DP7010-SP immediately.

  Q2: How do I know if my DP7010-SP is still under warrenty?

Please make sure there's a valid warrenty card stamped with regional dealer company chop. The warrenty card should also have DP7010-SP's serial number, purchase date, and warrenty date.
