and under warrenty, you need to
mail the unit to MobiNote Customer
Service Department along with a
valid warrenty card and a note stating
problems encountered, contact number,
address, and etc. to repair DP7010-SP
without any cost.
If warrenty period is expired,
you need to send your unit back
along with the expired warrenty
card and a note stating problems
encountered, contact number, address,
and etc. MobiNote will define the
problem and report back to you with
repair charge quotation. Once the money is
received, we will fix your DP7010-SP
immediately.
